Saints Louis and Zélie Martin, the Parents of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux

the Parents of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux

Part 1: St. Louis Martin before his marriage, 1823-1857

A photo gallery of St. Louis Martin before his marriage. His birthplace, baptism in Bordeaux, bachelor years in Alencon; his “Pavilion,” the garden he bought in Alencon to meditate and pray; the chapel of Notre Dame de Lorette where he met with the Catholic Circle. Parr 1 of a series with some photos never published before, created in honor of the visit of Pope Francis and of the relics of St. Therese and Sts. Louis and Zelie to Ireland for the World Meeting of Families in 2018.
